Thomas Fridstein Joins Greenway Group

Tom FridsteinSeeing tremendous opportunities ahead for the design and construction industry, the Greenway Group has added deep design, operations, and strategy expertise to its roster with the appointment of Thomas K. Fridstein, FAIA, RIBA, LEED AP, as a consulting principal.

About Thomas Fridstein

Building on 30 years of experience in the development, design, and construction of significant buildings, urban spaces, and interior environments around the world, Thomas Fridstein has a thorough grasp of marketplace demands, global trends, and design firm operations.

With extensive international practice experience, Fridstein has managed major architectural firms, including leading the world's largest architectural practice at AECOM. There, he was responsible for 1,400 architects in 26 countries earning $170 million in net fees annually.

Previously, Fridstein was an executive principal at Perkins Eastman and the CEO of Hillier Architecture at the time it merged with RMJM. He was senior director of design for the international real estate company Tishman Speyer Properties and was a partner at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.

Fridstein earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree at Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration at Columbia University. He is a fellow of the American Institute of Architects, a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, and a LEED accredited professional.
